Naklej.pl online shop (named hereafter as the Shop) sells wall-stickers through Internet.

By placing an order Buyer is agreeing to a contract of buy and sell with the Shop in accordance to the law in force.

Placing an order implies an acceptance of this agreement and the prices displayed on the website.

Orders will be realized if the order form is correctly filled in and theproducts are paid.

The Shop is not responsible for wrong filled forms or incorrect payments. All questions should be solved by contacting the Shop.

Orders which are not payed within 7 working days after they were placed, will be treated as out of date and will not be realized unless the Buyer and the Shop have agreed to an individual settlement.

Time of realization of the order can last 7 working days (max. 10). The Shop is not responsible for the delays caused by the post office or courier's company.

The price of products is binding at the time of placing the order. The shop reserves the right to change the price of the products of the offer.

The prices of products does not include the shipping costs. Those costs are directly linked to adress of delivery.

Computer monitors often not reflect the actual color, so color od stickers should be considered as approximate.

Orders will be realized in order of appearence. Orders can be placed 24 hours per day through the whole year. In case of bigger orders the Shop reserves the right to realize them in longer delay than they are described in this agreement but the Buyer will be informed about that fact via email or telephone.

All the prices to be found on the web site Naklej.pl are based on Polish Zloty (PLN). Prices in euro (EUR) are calculated according to the current exchange rate (updated daily). All prices include 22% Vat tax (payed in Poland).
